Today I had to do 30 min xt (cross training).
I found a program in the Ladies Home Journal here is what they had me do:
Step 1
Cardio
Job, climb stairs, skip rope or do jumping jacks for 5 min to get your heart pumping. I choose running, Sophi and I did 4 laps around the house (and then she fell on the bridge and we had to go inside to get a bandaid) I was aiming for 5 laps but I figured I could make it up in the end.
Step 2
Strenth Circuit
(of course i didn't see this part until Iam typing it, but it says repeat this series 3 times)
20 reps of Shoulder Press
20 reps of Alternating Lunge
20 reps of double Crunch
Step 3
Strenth Circuit
(didnt read this either but says, do 5 min of cardo and then repeat this series 3 times)
20 reps of SideBend
20 reps of Dumbbell Row
20 reps of Dunbbell Dead Lift
Step 4
Cardio
(This part I did do)
Finish with 5 min of cardio. I did 5 laps around the house, and Sophi tried to keep up. My total miles for cardio was 1 mile.
So the next time I do cross training (Saturday), it will be alot different.
