Biggest Loser Rules

RULES:

1. “HAVE FUN”, eat healthy, and exercise.

2. The first weigh-in will be on Dec 1st no later than 9:00pm

3. The final weigh-in will be on June 1st no later than 9:00pm (6 months)

4. Weekly weigh-in will occur every Tuesday by 5:00pm. Monthly weight & measurements will be the last day of the month by 5:00pm that day. There will be a penalty fee of $1 if you miss them.

5. There is a $25 registration fee which “MUST” be paid during your first weigh in (must submit current picture with weight, and measurements).

6. You can join at any time during the first three weeks but the longer you wait the harder it will be to win

7. The winner will be the person who loses the largest percentage of body weight. (Start at 200 pounds and lose 10 pounds and you have lost 5%)… [(Start weight - Finish Weight) X 100 / Start weight = percentage lost.] Exception would be made to contestants if the measurement calculation needs to be applied. I.e. some may not lose weight but tone and gain great physique. We would vote as a group as to if this person would be an overall winner, vs. someone that lost weight.

8. I will send you weekly challenges/tips, recipes, etc. (Remember everyone will be following their own weight loss program that they choose – I will just sent you tip, recipes, and challenges, to help you stay motivated, you can choose to follow them or not) I will also create a blog, so you will be able to check everyone’s updates. (If you do not want your full stats posted, please let me know)

9. Over-the-counter supplements are allowed but nothing beyond that; let’s keep it fair for everyone.

10. Last but not least, remember the more people we get to join the more the winning pot will be, so let’s “Challenge each other, LOSE WEIGHT AND HAVE FUN!”
